Site Information & Accommodations<\/strong>

The event will take place at Scoutcentrum Kruithuis in Delft, at Schiekade 2\u00a0 2627 BL Delft<\/p>\r\n

The site’s website is available at https:\/\/scoutcentrumdelft.nl\/<\/a>, with many photos and of the site.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

The site has 7 dorm rooms with a total of 74 beds, as well as camping space.\u00a0 \u00a0The site does not provide bedding, so you will need to bring a bottom\/fitted sheet, a pillow and pillowcase, and a blanket\/duvet (or sleeping bag- please note a fitted sheet is still required with a sleeping bag.)\u00a0\u00a0

We will not be able to offer loaner bedding or loaner feast gear, so if you need this please ask fellow attendees if they can assist with this.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

As there are several beds in each dorm room, we strongly recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask if you are worried about disturbance from noise or light.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Please note the site has a lot of open water, so small children should be supervised closely.<\/p>\r\n

Please note dogs (excluding guide\/service dogs) or any other animals are not allowed on site.\u00a0 If you will bring a service dog please let us know as the site has asked to be notified of this in advance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Off-Site Accommodations<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Delft city centre is approximately 2 km from site and has many hotel options at a variety of price points.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n


Food & Beverage Shopping<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Lidl is 1km\/13 minutes’ walk from site, and Albert Heijn XL is 1.8km away.\u00a0 Beer and wine may be purchased at these, though you will need to go to Gall & Gall for spirits\/liquors.\u00a0 Please note many stores in The Netherlands do not accept credit cards, so please ensure you have cash or your debit card has a Maestro or V Pay logo.\u00a0 Exceptions are stores in high tourist areas such as Schiphol and Amsterdam, so if you have flown in and are traveling to site by train, it is worth doing your shopping at Schiphol\/in Amsterdam if you must pay by credit card.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The site is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, with several parts of the building only accessible by stairs.\u00a0\u00a0
