How Do Reservations Work?
Please fill out a Google Form for each attendee, regardless of age. The payment details will be included in the response you receive.
Please note the *only* way to secure your spot is by paying the reservation fee. Spots are *not* assigned based on how quickly you reserve, but only on when payment is received. If you are paying from the UK or outside of Europe we recommend checking if paying via Wise (formerly TransferWise) at wise.com offers better rates than your bank. It is not possible to pay via PayPal, or by cash at the gate.
Cancellations/Refunds
Unfortunately we have to provide final attendance figures to the site 1 month before the event, and also pay the site. Therefore the refund policy is slightly more strict than usual. Please see below the refund/cancellation policy:
- 100% refund will be made if cancellation is received by 10 August 2025
- No refunds will be made if cancellation is received on 12 August 2025 or later
- Refunds will be given if cancellation is due to illness of attendee or child/someone they need to care for, regardless of timeline above
- The event stewards reserve the right to make exceptions to the above policy at their discretion
